Ormond is our closest neighbour โ one stop down the Frankston line, or a few minutes in the car. If you've been meaning to train properly but haven't wanted to join a big gym to do it, this is about as convenient as a private studio gets.
We didn't fit out a room so much as design one, right down to the square footage, for people who find big gyms loud, crowded and impersonal. The words on the wall โ start where you are, finish limitless โ are the point of the place.
First session ever, first session in a decade, or twenty years deep and chasing a number: the room is the same and so is the coaching. Nobody here is measured against anybody else.
Sessions run from 30 to 60 minutes, once or twice a week, Monday to Saturday by appointment. Short and frequent works for some people; one longer anchor session works for others. We'll work out which at your goal-setting session.
McKinnon is the next station south of Ormond on the Frankston line, and the studio is at 189 McKinnon Rd. Plenty of clients walk or ride from the Ormond side.
Two 45-minute training sessions and a 45-minute goal-setting session, with nothing to pay and no obligation to continue.
No. Training is billed weekly with no lock-in and no joining fee, and you can pause any time you're away.
Two 45-minute training sessions and a 45-minute goal-setting session, so you finish the week knowing exactly what a program written for you would look like. Nothing to pay, and no obligation to continue.
